(ACKits.com) 3601 West Clarendon Ave. Phoenix, Arizona 85019 602-233-0090 Compressors listed are designed for the CFC12 or HFC 134a refrigerants and retain a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty which ever occurs first. Warranty is not extended when a replacement item is issued under customers warranty period. Correct oil must be used with CFC-12 or HFC-134a refrigerants. Failure to use the correct oil voids all stated warranties. ACKits.com sources its new and remanufactured compressors from a variety of original equipment and after market suppliers. Some compressors are shipped dry and contain no oil. While some compressors are shipped containing 4-6 ounces of PAG oil. Some compressors may contain mineral oil and this is the responsibility of the mechanic/purchaser to determine the appropriate oil and amount needed per application . Failure to comply with this procedure will void any stated warranty. Replacement of the accumulator/receiver drier and expansion device is required and must be purchased with compressor to retain stated warranty. According to the manufactures procedure the system must be flush to remove all debris and oil before new components are installed. Failure to follow these procedures will void stated warranty. System must then be evacuated for a minimum of thirty minutes before charging with proper refrigerant. The replacement of the air conditioning component shall be the SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY to which ACKits.com's obligated and to which the original retail purchaser is entitled. ACKits.com shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages of any kind resulting from the order or use of its products. Specifically ACKits.com is not liable for damages that include the reimbursement of the original price, the expense of delivering the product back to the owner, loss of use of vehicle, loss of time or inconvenience, towing charges, mechanic's travel time, telephone, rental of replacement vehicle, hotels, lost wages, meals and any other special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. ACKits.com's warranty of the air conditioning component to be free from all defects in material and workmanship as limited herein shall be in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and all such expressed or implied warranties are hereby disclaimed. ACKits.com does not assume or authorize to assume for them any other obligation. Vehicles equipped with R134a high performance condenser must replace them when doing a compressor replacement. This is needed as the passages are to small to flush the debris from the system properly. Failure to replace condenser will void manufactures stated warranty. Warranty is not transferable and is automatically null and void in the event that the vehicle in which the air conditioning component has been installed is sold, leased or otherwise transferred to another owner.
