Return, Defective or Incorrect Item Return Policy
Arizona Mobile Air Inc (ACKits.com) offers a customer friendly return policy. Our customers are not charged a restocking fee unless items are returned in a damage, used or non resalable condition! We will send a return service tag at no charge to our customer if it's a shipping mistake on our part. Customer will be required to pay shipping when an item is incorrectly ordered by the customer.
When a replacement item is needed our procedure will be as follows. A return service tag will be sent again at no charge to the customer. An invoice for these replacement items will be created and customer will be required to provide a deposit while the items are in transit. This deposit will be a percentage of the original invoice. We will process this deposit via customer’s credit card, with approval of course! We will not charge customer’s card but only get an authorization for the stated amount. Customer will then have 14-days to package up the original item or items and return them with the provided return service tag. Upon receiving returned goods the amount authorized for these goods will be void thus clearing this authorization from customer’s credit card. Damaged or partial returns will have a replacement charge determined by the damage and/or missing replacement cost. Customer will be informed of these findings before charge is made. Items not returned in the required 14-day period will be charged the prior approved authorized amount. Items returned after the required 14-days will only be accepted if approval was made in advance with Arizona Mobile Air Inc. (ACKits.com).
Manufactures require that items be returned in the manufactures boxes and that all caps, plugs or any other covers be attached with returned item or items. Failure to do so could void any return claim! So please try and send the items back as you received them!
