Jeep CJ AC Kit 4.2 Liter Engine

Complete air conditioning kit for Jeep CJs with a 4.2 liter inline six cylinder engine with V-belts. The 4.2 Liter six cylinder was used on CJs and Wranglers from 1980-1990, this bracket will fit the 258 or the 4.2 liter in the CJ's. This is a complete air conditioning kit that will add a/c to a CJ that does not have air, or it can be used to replace an entire system on a CJ that has an old inoperable system. The kit is designed to work with R-134a refrigerant. This system will not work on 4.2 Liter engines with a serpentine pulley setup. The kit includes: Brand new compressor with oil, and clutch assembly, Parallel Flow Condenser, Oring drier, Compressor bracket with bolt kit, belt, pulleys, and directions, High low pressure switch, Evaporator unit with mounting hardware, controls, and expansion valve, A/C hoses, All necessary hardware for installation, Directions. The a/c system we offer is similar to the original system that Jeep designed.The kit is very simple to install. The kit can be installed in one day, and includes all the necessary parts except the refrigerant to charge it. This a/c system is the most complete available in the aftermarket, and is guaranteed to be the highest quality. If you do not have the factory fan shroud it is highly recommend that you install an auxiliary condenser fan.
