Jeep CJ AC Kit Small Block Chevy Engine

Complete air conditioning kit for Jeep CJs with a small block Chevy engine swap. If your engine has a compressor already mounted on the engine please see the CJ kit no compressor. This is a complete air conditioning kit that will add a/c to a CJ that does not have air, or it can be used to replace an entire system on a CJ that has an old inoperable system. The kit is designed to work with R-134a refrigerant.**WE WILL NEED TO KNOW IF YOU CJ HAS A LONG OR SHORT WATER PUMP, AND WHICH SIDE OF THE ENGINE THE ALTERNATOR IS ON. PLEASE PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION WHEN ORDERING.** A long water pump will have a one inch gap between the timing cover and the back of the water pump. A short pump will sit flush against the timing cover. The kit includes: Brand new v-belt compressor with oil, and clutch assembly, Parallel flow condenser, Oring drier, Compressor bracket with directions, High low pressure switch, Evaporator unit with mounting hardware, controls, and expansion valve, A/C hoses, All necessary hardware for installation, Directions. The a/c system we offer is similar to the original system that Jeep designed. The kit is very simple to install. The kit can be installed in one day, and includes all the necessary parts except the belt and the refrigerant to charge it. This a/c system is the most complete available in the aftermarket, and is guaranteed to be the highest quality. If you do not have the factory fan shroud it is highly recommend that you install an auxiliary condenser fan.
